Mergers and acquisitions analyst

Job title : M&A Analyst (FP&A) Location : India (Remote) Type : Full-Time

We are seeking an M&A Analyst to support investment evaluation, financial modeling, and deal execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to private equity–style transactions and is ideal for early-career finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct company, market, and industry research.

Build and update financial models and prepare analytical summaries.

Coordinate due diligence items, data rooms, and transaction documentation.

Support the preparation of presentations and Board materials.

Assist with closing activities and handover to internal teams.

Update portfolio performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

4+ years of FP&A or analytical experience.

Strong Excel and Power Point skills; solid analytical and communication abilities.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn M&A fundamentals.
