Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Architect. The role is based in Mumbai, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of architectural projects, reviewing project specifications, preparing architectural models and drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with building codes, contributing innovative ideas, and collaborating with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as Auto CAD, Revit, or Sketch Up
• Skills in 3 D modeling, rendering, and visual representation tools such as 3ds Max, Rhino, or V-Ray
• Ability to conduct research on materials, sustainability, and new technologies
• Knowledge of building codes, technical detailing, and construction methodologies
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
• Creativity and passion for innovative, environmentally conscious design
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous internship or hands-on project experience is a plus
