Our client, a global management consulting firm, is supporting a leading public sector bank in India on a digital lending transformation program. The engagement focuses on designing and implementing digital lending journeys to enhance customer experience, streamline loan processing, and enable faster credit decisions through automation and process digitization.

As part of this initiative, they are looking to onboard a Strategy Consultant with prior experience in the BFSI industry. The consultant will work closely with client stakeholders and the consulting team to drive end-to-end execution, ensuring the successful rollout of these digital journeys across the banks ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the design and implementation of digital lending journeys across products such as retail and MSME loans
• Collaborate with client business, IT, and operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and define digital solutions
• Conduct detailed process mapping, requirement gathering, and functional documentation for system integration and workflow automation
• Work closely with consulting firm leadership and client stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and adoption of new digital processes
• Provide analytical support to monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure measurable improvements in process efficiency and turnaround time
• Contribute to change management and stakeholder training initiatives during implementation
