Search Engine Optimization Specialist

The Role

As SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for growing our organic traffic and authority through a focused, content-driven SEO strategy. This is a hands-on role that combines technical SEO best practices with long-term content architecture. You’ll work closely with writers and subject-matter experts to ensure every page and article serves a purpose — and ranks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap and ensure all technical and content work supports traffic and ranking growth
• Conduct audits, keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and performance tracking
• Define SEO priorities for pages, glossary terms, and blog content to drive long-tail and core keyword visibility
• Collaborate with internal and external content contributors to align articles and resources to search intent
• Monitor and improve technical SEO performance, including site speed, schema, and mobile usability
• Report regularly on key metrics via tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
