The opportunity is with a Global Firm into Artificial Intelligence domain. T he incumbent will be working with the founders directly.

Role : - Sales Head (Complete Ownership)

Job Location : Bangalore

Summary :

Looking for a Senior Sales Leader to lead go-to-market efforts for AI-driven platforms. This role focuses on selling AI Agents and AI-powered services tailored to optimize sales, operations, supply chain, and distribution workflows across manufacturers, brands, and large channel partners.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of enterprise software sales experience, especially in Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor / Dealer Management Systems (DMS), or related SaaS platforms. This deep experience in SFA / DMS will be instrumental in engaging stakeholders in traditional ecosystems. Experience with AI-driven or SaaS-based enterprise solutions is a significant advantage.

Requirements :

  • 8+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in SFA, DMS, or related SaaS platforms.
  • Proven success in selling to the distribution side of FMCG, Building Materials, Pharma, Apparels, IT, FMEG, and other sectors
  • Enterprise software sales experience, especially in Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor / Dealer Management Systems (DMS), or related SaaS platforms
  • Experience with AI-driven or SaaS-based enterprise solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on familiarity with distribution models and channel sales processes.
  • SaaS sales experience (subscription / recurring revenue model) is a must.
  • Exposure to AI products or automation platforms is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with 30–50% travel across regions in India.
