Haply is growing fast and we are looking for a driven Sales Associate or Sales Executive to join our team. This is an entry to mid level role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust, and opening doors for a product that is already gaining strong traction in the home services and HOA space.
You will be part of a small team that believes in fast execution, high ownership, and clear communication.
What you will do
- Reach out to homeowners, HOA boards, and local communities through calls, texts, and emails
- Run structured outreach campaigns to generate interest and book meetings
- Share Haply’s value proposition clearly and help prospects understand how our platform solves their daily problems
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow ups
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Support basic outreach marketing activities such as sending email sequences, posting in local community groups, and identifying new channels to reach customers
- Work closely with the team to improve messaging and outreach playbooks
- Track metrics for conversions, follow ups, and customer feedback
