Content specialist

Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the brand's digital content strategy. The Content Specialist will drive brand visibility and engagement by developing compelling narratives, producing high-quality visual content (including photography and videography), and managing distribution across all key digital channels, particularly social media (Instagram, Linked In, etc.). This role requires a blend of creative production skills, strategic planning, and data-driven optimization to ensure all content aligns with brand objectives and maximizes audience reach and interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Optimization : Develop and execute the overall digital content strategy, utilizing Social Media Optimization (SMO) to maximize organic reach and engagement.
• Content Production : Lead the creation of high-quality, original visual content (photography / videography) and write engaging, platform-optimized copy.
• Planning & Execution : Own and manage the comprehensive, cross-platform content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
• Performance Analysis : Track KPIs, analyze platform data, and translate insights into continuous optimization and integration of digital trends.
• Community & Brand : Actively manage and grow the online community, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with internal design and marketing teams to align content projects with broader organizational goals.
