Key Responsibilities :

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of insurance advisors.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through the agency model.

Build and nurture strong relationships with both advisors and customers.

Conduct regular training and development sessions to upskill your team.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC / Banking / Insurance / any sales.

Presentable personality with excellent communication skills.

Strong knowledge of products offered by the current employer.

Proven leadership and team management skills.
