What You Should Know About This Job

Position : Business Development Executive(Solar Sector)

Experience : 2 to 3 years

Location : Chennai Alwarpet

Salary : Based on Industrial Standards

Immediate Joiners

Required Education : Mandatory Engineers

Requirement

Solar Sector Solutions

A. Solar Panel inspection

A professionals with experience preferably profiles or candidates from Solar power generation,

Experience of Solar Energy Industry Sector who audit the productivity & provide analysis of energy generated.

If worked in large solar farms, it would be most suited.

B. Solar panel cleaning

Mandatory Requirement : Working professionals with experience preferably profiles or candidates from SOLAR panel / Solar cell

Manufacturing or allied Automation industry or From Solar Energy Auditing company

Experience in Monitoring Energy Note different from (2A Solar inspection) as we need people who has experience in O&M of Solar Panels to understand how important cleaning of those panels are for productivity.

Responsibilities

Generate revenue BDEs identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs

Build relationships BDEs work with clients to build long-term relationships

Collaborate with teams BDEs work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to create solutions

Travel BDEs may travel to meet new customers and participate in onsite-offsite marketing activities

Skills

Communication : BDEs need to be able to clearly articulate information, listen actively, negotiate, and write concise reports and emails

Presentation : BDEs need to be able to present solid, persuasive information about their company's products and services

Networking : BDEs need to have strong networking skills

Teamwork : BDEs need to be able to work well with others

Strategic thinking : BDEs need to be able to think strategically

Professionalism : BDEs need to have a high sense of professionalism and be well-groomed
