About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Product Recruiter with strong hands-on expertise in hiring for Product Management, Product Owner, Product Analyst, UX / UI, and Technical Program Management roles. The ideal candidate must have end-to-end product hiring experience and the ability to partner closely with product, design, and engineering leaders.

This role will manage multiple client requirements simultaneously and act as a credible hiring advisor by providing market insights, talent recommendations, and structured hiring guidance. Director-level profiles are not suitable, as we require strong execution capability along with stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for core product roles across multiple clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders with insights on talent market, role expectations, and hiring strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with product, UX, engineering, and TPM teams to understand capability needs.
• Drive targeted sourcing, competency-based screening, and interview loop coordination.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience and close niche product roles in competitive markets.
