Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly accomplished SAP FICO Senior Consultant with over a decade of experience in delivering complex enterprise transformation projects. The ideal professional will possess deep functional and integration expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with proven experience across global implementations, rollouts, and S / 4HANA migrations.

This role demands strategic business acumen, hands-on SAP expertise, and the ability to bridge finance processes with digital technology to drive transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and enhancement projects in both ECC and S / 4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with CFOs, finance leaders, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy robust financial solutions.
• Design and implement core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Configure and optimize Controlling processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Manage integrations between FICO and other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR for seamless transactional flow.
• Perform detailed business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting aligned with global standards.
• Drive testing cycles, UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support to ensure system stability and user readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide expert-level support in production environments.
• Partner with technical teams for automation, interfaces, and custom enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring delivery excellence across the finance workstream.
• Stay updated with SAP S / 4HANA Finance innovations including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and Group Reporting.
