POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Telesales Executive (Holiday Advisor) at Karma Group will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients over the phone to promote and communicate the programs offered by the department. The role involves converting leads into confirmed reservations through effective communication and follow-ups. Working as part of a dynamic sales team, the agent will contribute to achieving departmental sales objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact prospective clients using the leads provided and present the offers clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain engagement with older leads who have shown potential for future conversion.
- Send pre-approved email communications as needed, adhering to department guidelines.
- Gather client information, offer suitable options, and work toward successfully closing sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism and uphold the company’s service standards.

Good knowledge of popular domestic tourist destinations in India.Proficiency in Hindi and English;knowledge of additionalregional languages is an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.Good communication skills in English and Hindi.Basic computer knowledge and experience using MS Office.Experience with CRM or sales software is an advantage.Positive attitude with strong motivation to achieve sales targets.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.Friendly, confident, and good at handling customer conversations.
