Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Professional to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across various functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance standards.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.
Support HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Coordinate feedback sessions and engagement surveys to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).

2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setup.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (, Naukri, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of HR processes and current hiring trends.
