Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help us scale the engineering team for our Partners.
You will be responsible for hiring niche positions across different domains and technologies for many different brands. As a manager within the delivery team, you will work closely with Partner Success, Chief Happiness Officer, Head of People & Culture and will directly report to the Director of Delivery.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 18, mixed between Seniors and Mid-level Talent Acquisition professionals
- You are expected to create and update process documentation
- Set and ensure your expectations are met at every stage of the TA pipeline
- Maintain existing performance reporting, and add to it if you can
- Maintain our candidate database and ensure different intake streams are maintained (referrals, direct applications, placements, drives)
- Maintain Commissions and KPIs documentation and evolve it as required
- Lead by example : we expect you to set the cadence and quality expectation by closing at a minimum of one candidate per quarter
- Setting KPIs and probation goals for your team members and keeping track of assigned tasks.
- Create a healthy environment, fostering growth and competition
- Keep track of metrics on a weekly / monthly basis for reporting to your manager.
- You will report directly to our Director of Delivery and have weekly reports with him.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES :
Should have over 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and team managementShould be experienced in headhunting niche technical roles (We mostly hire SDEs and Architects, not CTOs)Must have experience in leading a team of 10+senior recruiters.Proven experience in building processes and training teams in new / fresh skillsAbility to prioritise positions and deliver under tight deadlinesShould be comfortable working across various recruitment channels (Naukri, Linkedin, Instahyre, Hirist, etc.).SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE :
