About the Role :
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Expert to join our digital team and lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter and other performance-driven platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with campaign management, data analysis, predictive analysis and performance optimization while having the strategic mindset to drive measurable growth for multiple clients across diverse industries. (A specific experience in real estate category would have a brownie point)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment , understands ROI-driven marketing , is agile and smart, and who can effectively communicate insights to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms such as :
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, PMax)
Bing Ads (Search)
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct competitor and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
2. Campaign Execution Set up and manage end-to-end campaigns — from ad copy creation and keyword selection to bidding strategies and audience targeting .
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives.
Implement tracking pixels , conversion events, and remarketing audiences via Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
3. Optimization & Performance Management Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and CPA / CPL efficiency.
Conduct A / B testing for ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Optimize budget allocation across campaigns and platforms to achieve client KPIs.
4. Reporting & Insights Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Present insights and performance reviews during client meetings.
5. Collaboration & Process Coordinate with the SEO, Creative, and Strategy teams for integrated campaign execution.
Keep up to date with latest ad platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes.
Support the new business team by contributing to performance strategy for pitches and proposals.
Key Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in :
Google Ads , Meta Business Manager , LinkedIn Campaign Manager , and other ad platforms.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) .
Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for reporting.
Microsoft excel and Powerpoint
