Head of Growth and Performance Marketing

Oyster MR is seeking an innovative and data-driven Head of Growth and Performance Marketing to lead our multi-channel growth strategy. This senior role is ideal for a performance-focused leader with deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, combined with the ability to scale acquisition and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale the full-funnel growth and performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasting, and performance modeling.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth and performance marketing team.

Implement a rigorous experimentation framework (A / B testing, creative testing, audience segmentation) to continuously enhance performance.

Analyze funnel metrics, user behavior, attribution, and cohort data to guide strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with Product, Data, Creative, and Revenue teams to align messaging and maximize results.

Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and new opportunities to accelerate growth.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, including leadership roles.

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads with a track record of scaling acquisition.

Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using GA4, attribution platforms, and BI dashboards.

Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and delivering measurable, scalable growth.

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or global tech environments is a strong advantage.
