Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities

Develop landscape concepts, masterplans, and detailed design proposals.

Prepare site analysis, planting plans, grading plans, and irrigation layouts.

Produce high-quality drawings : conceptual, schematic, and construction-ready.

Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Create mood boards, 3D visuals, presentation decks, and material palettes.

Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure design adherence.

Select materials, plants, lighting, and outdoor furniture suitable for each project.

Stay updated with sustainable design practices, native planting, and environmental guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Landscape Architecture or related field.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office .

Good understanding of horticulture, planting design, and climate-responsive planning.

Ability to create detailed drawings and coordinate with on-site execution teams.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
