About the Role :

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical roles for our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact position where you’ll collaborate directly with the founding team and business leaders to shape a world-class talent function.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from junior to leadership levels.
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define strategies.
• Build and manage partnerships with recruitment agencies while also driving direct sourcing.
• Own the entire hiring lifecycle — from sourcing to offer stage — ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Track and report hiring metrics, using data to inform decisions and improve processes.
