Job description

Key Full-Life Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

  • Sourcing & Attraction : Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates for challenging technical positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Candidate Assessment : Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within specific roles and the organization.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration : Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their technical needs, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles.

Provide guidance and market insights throughout the hiring process.

  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to hire.
  • Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure a smooth hiring journey for all stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarks within the technical talent market.
  • Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and general Recruiting skills.
  • Relevant experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Hiring and Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific technical roles.
  • Experience in using various recruitment tools and platforms effectively (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and client-focused approach to recruitment.
  • Bachelor's / postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
