Sales Operations Support Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Intern to support the Sales Department in managing operational processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. The intern will act as a key point of contact for the team, assisting with reporting, coordination, and any operational support required to drive sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Invoicing Support : Coordinate with the CA & Finance team, and other stakeholders to prepare and send monthly signed invoices before the billing cycle.
• Reporting : Generate customized reports from Zoho CRM as required for tracking, review, and presentation to management.
• POC for Sales Department : Act as the primary contact for all operational queries, internal coordination, and support needed by the Sales team.
• Process Management : Support the sales team in documentation, follow-ups, and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist the Sales and Operations team in ad-hoc tasks to address the department’s needs efficiently.
