ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to support an US client in enhancing and providing operational support. The candidate needs to be based in Bangalore, comfortable working from the office during evening shifts, and flexible to accommodate extended hours as per US customer demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, configure, and administer solutions in the ServiceNow platform.

Handle day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.

Work on enhancements, customizations, and support during ServiceNow releases / upgrades.

Manage and resolve operational tickets and service requests related to ServiceNow.

Support core ServiceNow modules :

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management / PPM)

ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Application Lifecycle Management)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Participate in unit testing, UAT, and deployment of ServiceNow updates.

Provide timely support during and after business hours based on customer needs.

Preferred Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM (SAM / HAM / ALM) modules.

Experience working on ServiceNow enhancements, platform upgrades, and release management.

Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Employee Center is a strong plus.

Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI Policies, and Business Rules in ServiceNow.

Understanding of integrations (REST / SOAP APIs) is an added advantage.

ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
