The Opportunity
Join our rapidly expanding India team to craft and deliver high-touch, global travel experiences. You will work closely with UHNI clients, global partners, and the India and Dubai leadership team to bring extraordinary journeys to life.
What You'll Do
- Design refined, highly personalized itineraries across global destinations
- Liaise with DMCs, hotels, guides, and premium partners for seamless execution
- Create detailed operational plans — day sheets, vouchers, contact protocols
- Manage client communication across pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip stages
- Support invoicing, vendor coordination, CRM updates, reconciliations
- Drive operational excellence through SOPs, reporting, and process upgrades
