Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex system integration projects.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to define and validate requirements related to APIs, data jobs, XML file exchanges, data reconciliations, and middleware integrations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and capable of reverse-engineering existing systems to uncover business logic even when direct SME inputs are limited.

Your role will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless system communication through clear documentation and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering :

• Collaborate with clients and SMEs to collect functional and technical requirements for integration projects.
• Lead workshops to capture needs related to APIs, XML, data jobs, and & Analysis :
• Analyze and document system integration requirements including API services, data mapping, and reconciliation logic.
• Reverse-engineer systems to identify processes and dependencies.
• Create functional specs, technical documents, data flow diagrams, and mapping sheets.
