Job description

Role : We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our Everywhere Business Unit (Brewing Bots / Vending machines), focused on acquiring and scaling large / global accounts. This role involves building and nurturing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Administration, and Procurement Heads, while identifying high-impact business opportunities and closing significant deals.

As a Global Account Manager (GAM), your objective will be to establish and grow a high-value portfolio, generating over ₹10 crore in annual business per account.

Responsibilities :

  • Working to onboardthe assigned set of large / global accounts (40-70) with a headcount of >

5000 officestaff

  • Working closely with Infra Management companies to onboardtheir existing clients
  • Participate in relevantRFPs and tenders
  • Manage relationship and ensure profitability of such accounts
  • Generating expected revenuefrom the assignedaccounts
  • Understand customer needsand develop plans to addressthem
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer serviceprocesses
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Requirements :

  • An experience of handlinglarge corporates – depth in BFSI, IT is a plus
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbaland written communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
