As an HR Associate Executive at Cosmostaker, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a diverse range of operational, coordination, and business-related activities across departments. Your role will require collaboration, ownership, and efficiency to ensure the smooth execution of internal and external functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting daily operations across HR, Tech, Product, Business, and Marketing teams.
• Assisting management in planning, executing, and monitoring organizational and departmental initiatives.
• Collaborating with Business and Product teams to track progress, gather insights, and streamline processes.
• Managing external operations and coordination with vendors, partners, and clients as per business needs.
• Supporting marketing operations such as campaign coordination, content approval, and performance tracking.
• Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Taking ownership of assigned projects and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Assisting in HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and documentation.
• Contributing to administrative and operational efficiency by supporting management in daily execution tasks.
