Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to optimize, organize, and innovate within our comprehensive NetSuite ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing processes, e-commerce workflows, cost accounting, and advanced NetSuite functionality. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our environment with a focus on scalability, automation, and best practices.

⚠️ IMPORTANT : This role requires full-time availability during U.S. business hours (Mountain Time preferred). Candidates unable to work aligned to U.S. time zones will not be considered.

Responsibilities :

Manufacturing & Inventory

Configure Work Orders with Routings, transitioning away from Assembly Builds.

Set up, optimize, and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

Establish and refine Routings and Work Centers for efficient production.

Configure and manage lot-tracked items with standardized processes.

Implement workflows for demand planning and supply allocation.

System Design & Governance

Redesign roles and permissions across departments to enhance security.

Audit, rationalize, and document NetSuite customizations for long-term scalability.

Automation & Workflows

Build, streamline, and maintain business workflows and SuiteScript-based automations.

Automate alerts, approvals, and customer communication processes.

Configure email reminders for expiring licenses and similar events.

Financial & Cost Accounting

Ensure accurate costing methodologies and integrate them with financial processes.

Support month-end close, variance analysis, and management reporting.

SuiteCommerce & Web Integration

Refresh or redesign the SuiteCommerce website (UX / UI + content updates).

Integrate real-time inventory visibility and dynamic pricing rules.

Lead the integration of a new Shopify site with NetSuite, ensuring alignment and data integrity.

Templates & Documents

Modernize Advanced PDF / HTML templates (invoices, POs, packing slips).

Standardize branding across all NetSuite documentation.

Reporting & Analytics

Build Workbooks, Datasets, Dashboards, and KPIs for multiple business units.

Develop saved searches and real-time reporting tools for leadership.

General NetSuite Administration

Manage sandbox testing, SuiteBundler deployments, and change management processes.

Utilize SuiteScript or collaborate with developers for scripted solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience administering and optimizing NetSuite for manufacturing, e-commerce, and financial operations.

Expertise across key NetSuite functional areas : Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, CRM, Reporting, SuiteCommerce, Supply Planning .

Proven success in process optimization and applying NetSuite best practices.

Strong experience in role / permission design, workflow automation, and template customization.

Track record in system audits, data migrations, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

SuiteScript experience highly preferred (ability to manage developers is a plus).

Background in heavy manufacturing and / or e-commerce is strongly desirable.

Experience integrating Shopify with NetSuite.

Advanced proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Planner .

Prior consulting or NetSuite implementation partner experience.

MUST be able to work full-time within U.S. time zones (no exceptions).
