Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy development.
  • Manage national sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective distribution management, market intelligence gathering, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for zonal sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products in the generics segment of pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout all aspects of sales operations.
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • 15-24 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field (preferably from generics background).
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective channel management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, distribution networks, and market dynamics within India's complex healthcare landscape
