Job Title : Head of Finance and Accounts

Objective of the Role :

The Head of Finance and Accounts is a strategic executive leader responsible for the entire financial health and statutory compliance of the company. This role involves developing financial strategy, overseeing robust accounting operations, driving cost optimization in manufacturing and project execution, and providing executive-level financial analysis and risk management to support growth in the highly project-driven civil / construction and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

I. Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance :

• Financial Reporting : Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS / US GAAP / Indian GAAP).
• Statutory Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including direct and indirect taxation (e.g., Income Tax, GST, Customs), secretarial compliance, and other regulatory filings.
• Audit Management : Lead and manage internal, statutory, and tax audits, serving as the primary contact for external auditors and consultants.
• Internal Controls : Design, implement, and monitor a robust framework of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Education : Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or an MBA in Finance is mandatory.

Experience : Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with proven experience in the Manufacturing and / or Civil / Construction sectors
