Role Overview :
We are seeking an ambitious Education Sales Manager to lead student recruitment for overseas education programs, drive sales performance, and manage a team to deliver strong enrolment results. The role requires a mix of sales expertise, counselling experience, and leadership skills to achieve growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Drive student enrolments for overseas education programs and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of counsellors / telecallers to ensure high productivity and conversion rates.
- Guide students and parents on university selection, course options, and career pathways abroad.
- Build and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to improve lead generation and maximise conversions.
- Oversee admission and visa processes to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and improve team effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements to share insights with management.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates for management review.
Required Skillsets :
Strong sales and business development skills with proven track record of achieving targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Experience in student counselling, account management, and client relationship handling.Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams for peak performance.Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.Master's / Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.Prior experience in education consulting or overseas education industry preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
