Role Overview :
We’re looking for a highly motivated, customer-obsessed, and performance-driven Travel Consultant to
join our core team at Trawill. In this role, You’ll be responsible for driving revenue by converting inbound
leads, upselling / cross-selling travel packages, understanding customer’s travel needs, crafting
customized luxury travel plans, and delivering a flawless journey from planning to post-trip follow-up.
This is a role for someone who thrives on consultative selling, enjoys designing meaningful travel
experiences, and is looking for long-term growth within a fast-evolving travel startup.
Key Responsibilities :
- Convert qualified leads into successful bookings through insightful consultation and persuasive selling.
- Design and customize interest-based travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, visas, and flights.
- Own the entire sales cycle from inquiry to booking, on-trip support, and post-trip feedback.
- Consistently follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive timely conversions.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant add-ons and premium experiences to increase revenue per client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM;
ensure high standards of process hygiene.
Follow internal SOPs diligently across communication, documentation, and coordination workflows.Leverage AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT, itinerary builders) to streamline proposals and improve efficiency.Ensure post-sales service excellence by proactively resolving client queries or trip-related issues.Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C / B2B travel sales, tourism, or hospitality.Strong exposure to international destinations, customer servicing, and package pricing.Skills :
Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.Comfortable using AI-based tools (ChatGPT, itinerary generators, etc.) for travel planning and communication.Strong grasp of CRM platforms.Self-disciplined, organized, and goal-oriented.Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
