Hiring for HSE Officer

Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Perform risk assessments and develop actionable corrective measures to mitigate identified risks
• Prepare maintain and update safety documentation incident reports and compliance records
• Lead safety training programs and guide workers on site safety rules and best practices
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to enforce safety protocols and promote accountability
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence
• Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are in place and functioning effectively
• Collaborate with management to improve HSE performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills :

Graduation with a recognized qualification in Occupational Health Safety or a related field Valid NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certification Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in civil construction projects Proven experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly preferred Strong command of English and Hindi (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments audits and safety reporting Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and a proactive disciplined approach to safety management Must be medically fit and possess a valid medical fitness certificate
