Job description

Description : We are seeking an experienced Java Microservices Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade microservices applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems architecture, with a passion for building scalable, resilient solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Core Development :

Design and develop microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot framework
Build robust REST APIs and implement inter-service communication patterns
Develop and optimize database interactions using SQL and implement caching strategies
Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and design patterns

Architecture & Design :

Implement microservices architecture patterns including service discovery, load balancing, and fault tolerance

Design event-driven workflows and asynchronous processing systems

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of distributed applications

Collaborate on system architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning

Quality & Operations :

Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and contract testing

Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex distributed system issues

Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Mandatory Skills :

Microservices Architecture - Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices

Java - Strong proficiency in Core Java and enterprise application development

Spring Boot Framework - Extensive experience building REST APIs and web services

SQL & Database - Proficient in relational database design and query optimization

Preferred Skills :

Message Queue - Experience with Solace, RabbitMQ, or Apache Kafka

Databases - Oracle, PostgreSQL, HBase, Hadoop, or other scalable databases

DevOps Tools - Maven, Jenkins, Ansible for CI / CD pipeline automation

Collaboration - JIRA, Confluence, GitHub for project management and version control
