Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled QA Engineer to create, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and delightful product experience. As an early member of our growing QA team, you will have the opportunity to influence testing practices, tooling, and overall quality culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript and Playwright .
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across web applications.
• Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues using Chrome DevTools and related tools.
• Work closely with developers, customer teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
• Manage testing activities across multiple customer accounts while staying organized and proactive.
• Continuously review and improve test automation coverage, QA processes, and best practices.
• Document test steps, results, and defects clearly and accurately.
