Key Responsibilities :
1. 360° Campaign Ideation & Execution
- Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, influencers, PR, website, email, and offline channels.
- Build campaign narratives, messaging structures, creative angles, and storytelling frameworks.
- Deliver strong creative concepts that connect brand building with performance outcomes.
2. Performance Ads Creative (Meta & Google)
Develop hook lines, ad angles, scripts, and high-performing creative directions.Work with the performance marketing team to A / B test creatives, analyze CTR, CPL and iterate for lower CPL and higher conversions.Create thumb-stopping short-form video concepts and storyboards.3. Influencer & Creator Content Strategy
Build influencer campaign ideas and creative themes.Write briefs, scripts, and narrative directions for reels and content creators.Ensure influencer output aligns with campaign strategy and brand tone.4. PR & Storytelling
Develop PR story angles, founder storylines, and brand narratives.Work with PR partners to ensure communication is compelling and on-brand.5. Offline & On-Ground Brand Creative
Create concepts for vendor partnerships, event branding, standees, brochures, and activations.Ensure offline touchpoints reflect the same premium brand experience as online6. Brand Partnerships
Create partnership concepts that benefit both brands, co-branded campaigns, content, events, and digital activations.Ensure partnership executions maintain TWC’s positioning and storytelling quality.7. Creative Production & Team Collaboration
Work with designers, editors, performance marketers, and agencies to ensure high-quality execution.Review creative outputs and provide clear direction to elevate quality and effectiveness.Manage timelines, briefs, and overall creative quality control.8. Strategic Thinking & Brand Growth
Conduct ongoing research on consumer psychology, motivations, and behavior in the wedding planning journey.Bring creative ideas that strengthen brand recall and improve funnel performance.Analyze wedding industry trends, competitor strategies, regional preferences, and seasonal patterns.Translate insights into creative angles, messaging frameworks, and high-impact campaign ideas.Connect creative strategy with measurable business results.Requirements
5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand communication, partnerships, or 360° campaign roles.Proven ability to build integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.Strong conceptual and writing skills. Hooks, storylines, scripts, value propositions.Experience working with influencers, PR, and brand partners.Understanding of performance metrics and creative testing.About The Company :
