Job description

Job Title : Engineer – CAD + Model

Department : Manufacturing Engineering

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs.

Qualification : DME / BE. Mechanical

Working Location : Chakan, Pune

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare 3D models as per project requirements.
  • Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.
  • Design and prepare models / drawings for jigs & fixtures.
  • Support additional engineering activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks , preferably in Oil & Gas (completion tools experience).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting .
  • Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) .
  • Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC).
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes .
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Exposure to Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.
