Job Description
- Lead strategy and execution for new store openings
- Curate seasonal assortments tailored to consumer preferences
- Manage store operations including staffing, SOPs, and customer service
- Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and demand forecasting
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and buying teams for different styles and seasons
- Monitor store performance and drive profitability
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years in retail operations, preferably in fashion / lifestyle
- Strong grasp of store planning, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Experience with seasonal buying and assortment planning
- Ability to interpret consumer behavior and translate into strategy
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
