Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in HR solutions, SaaS, wellness, or EAP-related services.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.A keen interest in employee wellness, mental health, and organizational well-being.
