Role Overview

As an Account Manager in the Expert Network team, you will focus on nurturing existing client relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow engagement within your assigned accounts. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience and contribute to the overall account growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and project follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and identify new opportunities to expand service usage within accounts.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute account growth strategies.
• Track client satisfaction, project performance, and feedback to improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and project data in internal systems (CRM / KEKA).
• Support in preparing business review materials, quarterly business reviews performance reports, in person client meetings and growth presentations.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure high standards of client experience and retention.
