The Opportunity :
- We are looking for experienced enterprise hunters and farmers who can grow strategic partnerships with large organizations, and government bodies in India and globally.
- Youll be joining our 120-member enterprise team, working closely with delivery, product, and leadership to drive growth in the B2B learning and development space.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts mining, farming, and expanding relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR heads, L&D leaders, BFSI / Tech business units).Drive revenue growth through consultative selling of customized training and skilling solutions.Build deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and workforce transformation goals.Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations to deliver impactful programs.Craft and deliver winning pitches and proposals from discovery to deal closure.Represent Imarticus Learning at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.Contribute to market intelligence help shape new offerings based on client feedback and global learning trends.Who You Are :
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales / B2B business development, specifically in training, skilling, or HR-tech industries.Proven success in managing large accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.Strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and natural relationship builder.Comfortable with numbers, targets, and the occasional adrenaline rush because hey, pressure is a privilege.Self-starter with strong ownership, creativity, and a love for problem-solving.Experience dealing with domestic and international clients.Why Join Us :
