We are actively seeking a Senior Service Cloud Developer to join our team.

As a Senior Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
  • Work with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze system requirements
  • Provide prompt feedback on business and technical requirements after thorough review
  • Develop well-structured, comprehensive test plans and test cases in detail
  • Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate development activities systematically
  • Discover, report, meticulously document, and track defects
  • Ensure thorough validation of resolved defects to prevent introduction of new bugs
  • Engage in the definition of quality standards and enforce adherence to the same
  • Actively engage in development meetings, delivering important inputs on development activities

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development
  • Expertise in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience in Integration Platforms and Salesforce CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
  • Experience in Sales and Service Clouds
  • Experience Cloud and Specialized Cloud (Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Communication and Media Cloud, Industry Solution Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud) knowledge preferred
  • Mandatory Certification in App Builder, PD1, and PD2
  • Fluent in English (B2+ or higher) for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
