Job Description :

Parijat Packaging is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our plastic and compostable packaging products. The ideal candidate should have strong cold calling skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
• Identify potential customers in retail, food service, e-commerce, and other industries.
• Present and explain packaging solutions to clients, highlighting benefits and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
• Maintain a database of leads and update sales records in CRM.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
