Project Manager

OR- Post Graduate in Structural EngineeringTotal Professional Experience : - Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Building Projects.- Extensive experience in handling EPC / Item Rate / BOT / Turnkey contracts.- Strong background in planning, execution, and supervision of large multi-storeyed buildings.Key Experience Requirements : - Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager or in a similar senior capacity in building projects.- Experience in multi-storeyed buildings with 4 or more floors.- Experience in Construction Supervision / Independent Engineer (IE) roles for building projects meeting any one of the following thresholds : - Building project of minimum 10,000 sqm with 4 or more storeys, OR- Building project of minimum 5,000 sqm with 3 or more storeys, OR- Building project of value ₹50 crore or above.Skills & Competencies : - Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent understanding of building codes, engineering standards, and construction practices.- Effective communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.Apply : Please send your updated CV and portfolio (if applicable) to hr.radiant.archi@gmail.com with the subject line : “Application for Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager – Building Projects – Odisha Project”.
