🔍 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development , capable of designing system architecture, writing optimized code, and leading development initiatives.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications with clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Lead and mentor junior developers in coding standards, best practices, and problem-solving.
Architect scalable system designs, APIs, and database structures.
Work closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to industry-standard development practices .
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability .
Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom backend logic.
Manage version control, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.

🎯 Required Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS .

Advanced experience in React / Angular / Vue (any one or more).

Expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js / Python / Java / PHP .

Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL , and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Knowledge of CI / CD tools : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI .

Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization frameworks (JWT, OAuth, SSO).

Strong system design and architectural thinking.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of modules / projects.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
