IndoAge is a growing creative and digital agency based in Kolkata, working with both Indian and international clients. We specialize in branding, design, web development, and marketing. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage HR, team coordination, and administrative activities at our Kolkata office.
Key Responsibilities Hiring & Recruitment :
Assist with monthly hiring (1–2 positions), job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Attendance & Leave Tracking :
Maintain daily attendance, leaves, and punctuality records.
Performance Monitoring :
Support in tracking employee performance and sharing updates with the CEO.
Internal Communication :
Act as the communication bridge — share messages or instructions from clients or the CEO to team members via WhatsApp and internal channels.
Administrative Support :
Handle office-related tasks like cleanliness, supplies, vendor coordination, and basic admin work.
Salary Coordination :
Prepare attendance-linked salary sheets and assist in payroll coordination.
Direct Reporting :
Provide daily or weekly reports directly to the CEO on HR and operational matters.
Requirements Minimum qualification : Graduate (any stream)
Basic knowledge of HR or administrative work
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi / Bengali)
Good command over Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email
Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
