Sales Specialist

Job Summary :

• Make 100–120 warm calls / day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
• Daily : 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
• Monthly Targets - 6-10 Lakhs
• Handsome Uncapped Incentives
• Follow-ups via email & system generated calls.
• Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
• Virtual meetings with decision-makers
• CRM updates & team coordination
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
• Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experienceWork Details :
• Hours : 10 AM – 8 PM Availibity (8 hrs of work) (Sun–Thu) | 1–2 hr break (SUNDAY Working)
• Off : Fri & Sat | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2 / month
• Salary Date :
