Mobile Device Management Engineer

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Shift : Rotational Shift (Includes Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift)

Experience Level :

• 3 - 5 years of overall experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in managing and supporting Devices such as Windows, Mac, and Mobiles via Intune and JAMF MDM's.
• Hands on experience in configuring deployment profile in Intune and JAMF.
• Hands on experience in device migration from On-premises to cloud.
• Good knowledge on Endpoint privilege management.
• Good knowledge of device security controls and operating systems. PC, Mac, and mobile device security configuration experience.
• Good communication skills, computer savvy in Outlook and Excel, enterprise working experience, and Agile methodology.
• Hands on Experience in Application Packaging and Deployment.
• Provide excellent customer service as this position will be working directly with users to resolve device enrolment configuration-related issues.
• High sense of urgency and effective communication skills to work with all levels of employees, management, and vendors to make independent decisions based on processes and procedures.
• Hands on Experience in handling tickets.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-have) : Power Shell, Azure Automation, MS Graph API
