Role Overview :

The Operations Lead for this project is a critical role focused on ensuring the seamless,

timely, and efficient execution of all project workflows. This individual is singularly

responsible for maximizing throughput and guaranteeing the prompt delivery of tasks by

optimizing the utilization of all available taskers. The primary objective is to facilitate the

rapid transmission of workflow guidelines to PODs, ensure proper tooling setup, and

enable PODs to commence tasks without delay. This role also encompasses the

management of operational logistics such as attendance, PTOs, and timesheets, and

ensuring that all necessary training is effectively administered to taskers & leads. The

Operations Lead will serve as a key coordinator among internal stakeholders, including

main leads, pod leads, technical writers, and data scientists, to achieve overall project

efficiency and successfully manage multiple simultaneous workflows under extremely

tight deadlines, often requiring same-day deliveries. Through strategic planning, this

resource optimizes workflows, identifies workarounds for challenges, and cultivates

efficient ways of working.
