This is a remote position.
At Krea, we’re looking for a Front Line Sales Manager who will drive client growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closure while collaborating with internal teams to ensure strong delivery alignment. You will also play a key role in nurturing client relationships and contributing to Krea’s revenue goals.
Frontline Sales Lead
Location : Mumbai or Delhi (Remote)
Experience : 4+ years in B2B Sales (Insights or Market Research preferred)
Sales & Business Development : ❖ Generate and qualify new leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and market research. ❖ Engage directly with prospects to understand their needs and position Krea’s healthcare research capabilities effectively. ❖ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and credentials to decision makers. ❖ Own the end-to-end sales process including pipeline building, opportunity tracking, and deal closure. ❖ Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline data in the CRM system and ensure timely updates and follow-ups to maximize conversion.

You will lead from the front. Spot opportunities, engage decision-makers, and own the journey from first contact to signed deal.

Note : This role involves travel within India and abroad for pitches, conferences, and client meetings.
