Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Code Takeover Lead with a proven track record of driving strategic accounts and converting competitor-managed clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities to transition existing customer systems to our solutions, ensuring seamless migration and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and qualify high-value takeover opportunities from competitors’ existing systems or solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of competitors’ products, market positioning, and customer pain points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to influence purchase decisions.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for code takeover opportunities, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design migration strategies that minimize risk and disruption.
• Present compelling value propositions, ROI analysis, and migration plans to senior stakeholders.
• Track and report on pipeline, forecast, and takeover success metrics to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on takeover strategies, competitor analysis, and client engagement.
