About the Company

Strategic Leadership :

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve international business objectives and profitability targets.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost structures for international operations.
Design and execute market-entry strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between international and domestic business units.

About the Role

Sales & Business Development :

Achieve international sales and collection targets through direct business, channel partners, and associates.

Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic business alliances and partners across target countries.

Build a strong customer base through proactive engagement and solution-driven approach.

Expand the organization’s presence in untapped international markets.

Develop and monitor performance metrics for sales teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Financial Management :

Ensure financial discipline and profitability across international operations.

Monitor and control operational expenses to optimize cost-efficiency.

Track and report financial performance metrics, including revenue growth, collections, and margin contribution.

Oversee end-to-end operational processes for inbound and outbound shipments to maintain service quality and SLA compliance.

Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and international trade compliance norms.

Qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate, preferably MBA (Marketing / International Business).

8–10 years of experience, with at least 6–8 years in logistics.

Required Skills

Strategic planning and execution.

Financial management and analysis.

Sales and business development expertise.

Market analysis and competitive intelligence.

Preferred Skills

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools.
